Davelle Morrison
Davelle has been an avid fitness enthusiast for her entire life. As a teenager, she competed in dance competitions. During her university days, she had a passion for aerobics. A hit and run car accident in her late twenties taught her how to walk again. She has since completed two marathons including the New York City Marathon and many triathlons. She also loves to box, rollerblade, & spin. She has always believed in the importance of staying fit for health. Davelle has been practicing yoga for more than 7 years and has completed her Teacher Training at Stillpoint Yoga in Picton.
Monica Belyea
Monica began her journey on the yogic path about 8 years ago after many years of training in ballet and modern dance. Her love of movement led her to her first yoga class where she fell in love with the non-competitive aspect of the practice and hasn't looked back. Since then, she has completed her Yoga Teacher Training at The Yoga Sanctuary and currently teaches in various studios and gyms around Toronto. She is currently working toward an Ayurvedic Health Educator certification under the guidance of Matthew Remski at Renaissance Yoga & Ayurveda.
